Lauren Goodger has bravely returned to work following an incredibly tough period of her life on Thursday.
The former TOWIE star, 35, tragically lost her newborn baby, Lorena, due to complications during her birth whilst she was grieving her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean and was also allegedly assaulted on the day of her baby’s funeral.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren announced that she had now found her ‘fire and drive’ as she shared a glamorous selfie with ‘fresh lip filler’ and adjusted to ‘normal life.’

Lauren looked sensational in the glowing snap as she slipped into a bold vest top and opted for a radiant full palette of makeup.
Taking to her Story, she also shared her ‘lip top up’ as she pouted with her newly filled lips in the clinic.
She penned: ‘My first day back to work today shooting. After taking a break for my mind after everything I’ve been through, I decided to find that fire & drive in me.’

Lauren continued: ‘Slowly and bit by bit Lauren is coming back may I never be the same again but I’m adjusting to normal life and it feels good thank you. make up @makeupwithamanie.’
It comes as said she is on the ‘hardest journey’ after tragically losing her newborn baby Lorena in July during birth due to complications.
The former TOWIE star revealed she can ‘feel Lorena with me’ as she took to Instagram to share a sweet post.
Glowing! She penned: ‘My first day back to work today shooting. After taking a break for my mind after everything I’ve been through, I decided to find that fire & drive in me’
The reality star said she believes the newborn is ‘watching over and guiding’ her as she shared a black and white snap holding her daughter’s feet.
She penned: ‘I feel Lorena with me today. thank you for showing me the way and this is the hardest journey but I know your watching over and you are guiding mummy.’
Lorena was born with two knots in her umbilical cord, tied around her neck and despite ten doctors fighting to save her, she passed away shortly after her birth.

As she grieved the loss of her newborn, Lauren was allegedly assaulted on the day of her baby’s funeral.
Her boyfriend Charles Drury, 25, was later arrested and bailed following the incident.
She also went through a ‘horrendous whirlwind’ dealing with the death of both Lorena and her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean – who lost his life when his car plunged 70ft off a cliff in Turkey in July.
Now, the reality star has admitted that she ‘lost herself completely’ and wanted to get back to her pre-pregnancy self after falling pregnant with Lorena just eight weeks after giving birth to her first daughter Larose, 13 months.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Sunday, she wrote: ‘I’ve been through a lot lately and still have my hard days or night I wake up crying etc.
‘But I am so strong and I have a little princess who I need to show how to be kind, strong and an independent women etc.
‘I’ve had 2 babies back to back and my body I feel I hated I wasn’t me I lost myself completely.’
‘I’ve lost some weight now (baby weight) and I’ve just gone back to the gym (today).’
‘So I’ve started a new page @laurengoodgerbodyx. I’m not a nutritionist I’m not a PT everything I show is my own.
‘Things I will show… my cooking my training & my body and I am also not selling nothing it’s just for fun.’
