As was previously mentioned, Brandon is the stepson of Troy Landry, the well-known on-screen alligator hunter from the bayou.
Gerald Hotard and Bernita are Brandon’s biological parents. He made the decision to follow a unique path after being born on November 2, 1976, in Pierre Part, Louisiana, in the United States.
He did not hunt viciously, but between 2012 and 2014 he appeared in the most adored sequence, “Swamp People.” He was brought up in Pierre Part by his mother and Troy, his stepfather.
When his mother divorced her first husband and remarried, Brandon was only six years old. Together with his half-siblings Jacob and Chase, he enjoyed his childhood spent near Louisiana swamps.
He expressed interest in alligators, but he had no plans to turn it into a career. He started to concentrate on his education as a result, and Louisiana Technical College awarded him a graduate degree.
He was an estimating supervisor before beginning his employment with Swamp People. Later, he went on adventures with his stepfather and brothers.
