Plan to buy new iPhone 14 series phones: Here’s how much Apple will give you for your old iPhone

Apple iPhone 14 series is here. Apple’s 2022 iPhone lineup includes iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. The company launched the new iPhones at its ‘Far Out’ event on September 7 in Cupertino. This year there is no iPhone Mini model. Instead, Apple has brought back the ‘Plus’ model after five years. This means that the iPhone 14 series has two big-screen phones (6.7 inch) — iPhone 14 Plus and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Like 2021, this year as well, all the new iPhones have gone on sale in India in the first wave itself. This means on the same day as in the US, UK, Australia and 30-plus other countries.

Apple iPhone 14 series in India is available starting at Rs 79,900. The company has retained its 2021 pricing for the vanilla iPhone, iPhone 14. Apple iPhone 14 is priced the same as iPhone 13 at Rs 79,900, iPhone 14 Plus is priced at Rs 89,900. The ‘Pro’ series iPhones have seen a price hike of Rs 10,000 this year — iPhone 14 Pro starts at Rs 1,29,900 and iPhone 14 Pro Max at Rs 1,39,900. While iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are available; iPhone 14 Plus will go on sale starting October 7. Like the past few years, Apple’s India online store is giving buyers exchange offers on their old iPhones and Android smartphones. From the looks, trade-in deals look more attractive on iPhones. The Apple store is offering exchange value of iPhones as iPhone SE first-generation (launched in 2016). The store is offering a minimum exchange value of Rs 5705 on iPhone 6 and maximum of up to Rs 58,730 on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Please note that this value may differ slightly based on your iPhone’s storage and condition. Here’s how much exchange value Apple is giving on iPhone 12 series, iPhone 11 series, iPhone Xs series, iPhone X, iPhone 8 and other older-generation iPhones.
