Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 10 22H2 will be the last version of the operating system. That means Windows 10 will no longer receive any major updates, in addition to security patches and bug fixes. That’s also set to end by October 14, 2025. With this, Microsoft has made it clear that Windows 10 has reached the end of its life cycle and will be phased out eventually.

That said, this may be the time when you should consider moving to Windows 11 as it comes loaded with a new Fluent design interface, improved features and better overall integration between devices.

If your PC isn’t compatible with Windows 11, then it is advisable to either update the hardware or update your laptop that’s compatible with Windows 11. But if it is compatible, follow our step-by-step guide:
