The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Scheme, also known as PMJAY, is one of the largest healthcare programs supported by the Indian government. The Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana healthcare program was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the goal of covering all underprivileged families and more than 50 crore Indians without regard to age or family size. The Ayushman Bharat Yojana offers insurance coverage for tertiary and secondary hospitalisation costs up to INR 5 lakh for each family per year, which will enable these households to access the highest quality medical care.
Documents required:
1. Age and identity verification (PAN or Aadhaar card)
2. Phone, address, and email contact information.
3. certificate of caste.
4. income certificate (the maximum annual income is only up to Rs. 5 lakh)
5. Documentation demonstrating the joint or nuclear status of the family to be covered.
