WWDC 2022 is here. Worldwide Developers Conference or WWDC is Apple’s annual developers event of the year. Apple’s first big event of the year 2022, WWDC 2022 runs through June 6 to June 10th. This year’s WWDC is the 33rd WWDC since it started. WWDC has traditionally been a software-heavy event. So this year it is time for iOS 16, iPadOS 16 and new updates to watchOS, macOs and tvOS. This means macOS13, tvOs 16 and watchOS 9. Along with these, there may also be a surprise entry — Apple’s new OS for mixed reality devices, likely to be called realityOS. On the hardware side, yes there are speculations that there may be a hardware announcement too, Apple is likely to launch a new MacBook Air running on its very own M-series chipsets. It will be after two years that WWDC will see a hardware launch. Apple CEO Tim Cook will kicks off the annual developer conference with a keynote scheduled to start at 10 am PT, which is 10.30AM IST. WWDC 2022 is a virtual event, third year in a row. But a handful of media will be in attendance at Apple Park in California.
