Fresh vision of disgraced Spanish football president Luis Rubiales’ kiss on veteran midfielder Jenni Hermoso has emerged.
And it seems to contradict his claims about exactly what happened.
Rubiales has from the beginning claimed Hermoso lifted him up by the waist, before exchanging in a “mutual” kiss.

“Jenni was the one who lifted me up,” he said. “I told her to ‘forget about the penalty’ and I said to her ‘a little peck?’ and she said ‘OK’.”
But the fresh vision, which appears to have been taken by a fan in the stands, appears to show Rubiales jumping onto Hermoso before kissing her on the lips.
Other footage of Rubiales at the full time whistle showed him celebrating by grabbing at his crotch.
It continues a messy back-and-forth that has largely overshadowed Spain’s 1-0 win over England to win their first FIFA Women’s World Cup in Sydney last Sunday.
Hermoso has maintained the kiss was not consensual, and said in a statement she considered herself the victim of abuse of power. She also accused the Spanish federation of trying to pressure her into supporting Rubiales.
The Spanish federation also threatened legal action against Hermoso.

But footage has also emerged from the team bus after the match that appears to show Hermoso laughing as she was shown vision of the moment by teammates.
The team compared the moment to that between former Spanish international Iker Casillas’ kiss with reporter and then-girlfriend Sara Carbonero after their win at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Rubiales has refused to resign, but was stood down by FIFA last weekend for 90 days, “pending the disciplinary proceedings opened” against him.
Spanish prosecutors have also launched a sexual assault investigation against him, and his mother has gone on a hunger strike inside a church that she has vowed to maintain until Hermose “tells the truth”.
More than 81 female Spanish players have vowed they will not play while Rubiales remains president. Their next international game is against Sweden – who they defeated in their World Cup semi-final – in the UEFA Women’s Nations League on September 23.
