RHOBH’s Diana Jenkins has sent out cease and desist letters over ‘ridiculous’ sex trafficking rumors

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Diana Jenkins is taking legal action against several bloggers and publications that have spread nefarious allegations about her.

In response to ‘multiple parties’ continuing to make false statements about her being involved in facilitating ‘prostitution and child sex trafficking,’ the reality star, 49, had her attorney, J. Erik Connolly, make it clear she wants the claims taken down and an apology issued to her.

In a scathing letter to Enty Lawyer, obtained by TMZ, Connolly demands that social media personality immediately take down the false and defamatory statements.

The lawyer went on to state that Enty Lawyer must issue notice acknowledging they had ‘no factual basis for any’ of the claims to avoid further legal action.

‘Your continued publication of these statements, both on your own websites and social media accounts and in connection with other media outlets, will be met with immediate legal action by Ms. Jenkins,’ Connolly stated.

He continued by writing: ‘Ms. Jenkins has never engaged in the illegal and immoral activities you have repeatedly accused her of doing.’

‘It should go without saying, but it shall be said to avoid any confusion, Ms. Jenkins has never engaged in prostitution, child sex trafficking, embezzlement, money laundering, or any of the other assortment of misdeeds you have claimed,’ Jenkins’ attorney continued.

Connolly also noted that her ‘companies are legitimate and successful businesses,’ not ‘t fronts for illegal activities.’

He also set the record straight about the mom-of-three’s 384-page coffee table book, Room 23, which includes photos of Cindy Crawford, Heidi Klum, George Clooney, Lindsay Lohan and more.

‘Your false claims regarding Room 23 illustrate your reckless disregard for the truth. Room 23 is a fine art coffee table book featuring photos of countless celebrities,’ he said. ‘It is not a ‘catalog’ of any sort, much less a ‘sex-trafficking book’ as you claim.’

Connolly added: ‘The list of participants in that project alone makes that plainly clear. Your repeated mischaracterization of a project that Ms. Jenkins self-funded in order to raise money to combat war crimes, genocide, and human rights violations is indefensible.’

Additionally, Jenkins’ lawyer went on to state his client and Jeffrey Epstein were never in the same room together, despite Enty Lawyer’s claim they were  ‘photographed’ together.

‘Ms. Jenkins was never in the same room as that person. Your persistence in tying Ms. Jenkins to that person, notwithstanding Ms. Jenkin’s refutation, proves that you intend and intended to defame her,’ Connolly fired.

Similarly, Connolly condemned two of Jezebel Magazine’s articles in a letter written to their editor-in-chief.

On Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Jenkins confronted rumors about a 2012 Jezebel article that speculated she was running a ‘secret call girl ring’ based off a gossip blog blind item.

The site also falsely referred to her book as ‘a catalogue of clients and call girls.’

On RHOBH, she called the rumors ‘very, very dangerous’ and said ‘a bunch of fake rumors’ can ‘actually destroy somebody’s life.’

During a confessional interview, a producer cheekily joked, ‘So you’re not an international sex trafficker and madam of high-class prostitutes?’

‘It’s honestly so ridiculous that I can’t even believe, actually, that it caught on,’ she replied.
