Alyssa Milano donned a bizarre oversized padded jacket as she made a quirky exit from The View in New York City on Tuesday.

The actress, 49, smiled cheerily beneath the sizable red garment which wrapped around her neck and completed swathed her enviable figure.

Underneath the oversized puffer jacket, Milano wore a plaid jacket and platform boots, teamed with similar oversized jeans.

She styled her hair with a blowout and her brunette tresses were highlighted by blonde money pieces. 

On the daytime talk show, the actress talked about how being a UNICEF ambassador for twenty years has ‘without a doubt’ been her ‘most fulfilling life work’.  

The Melrose Place alum also spoke on her decision to trade in her Tesla amid backlash against Elon Musk.

In the past two decades, the philanthropist has traveled to various places to spread awareness and lend aid as an ambassador of UNICEF.

The New York native has traveled to Angola, India, Kosovo, and most recently, Egypt.

 ‘I’ve been an ambassador for twenty years and it’s been my most fulfilling life work without a doubt and just to be blessed with those experiences.’

She said: ‘UNICEF has amazing programs that are on the ground that are empowering young women and young men on equality and equity and it was an incredible, incredible journey.’

The actress spoke about the #MeToo movement in relation to the reason why she traded in her Tesla in protest of Elon Musk. In the past, her support and social media posts helped the movement go viral.

She touched on the lack of an equal rights amendment in the Constitution of the United States: ‘The problem is still there. It still exists. The thing I am relieved about is that women have come together to speak to this, to use our voices.’ 

Milano added about the #MeToo movement: ‘It’s not that people are whispering under the covers anymore. We will never be silenced again.’ 

‘Speaking of #MeToo, when [Musk] was accused of sexual misconduct and paid out $250,000 to this person, I decided I can’t live in that hypocrisy of driving that car when that happened,’ she said.

‘I’m so annoyed with all of these billionaires — with the exception of a few — but especially Elon Musk,’ the star added. 

Elon Musk has denied these allegations of misconduct.

Speaking to the hosts, the Who’s The Boss? alum also revealed updates on an upcoming sequel for the 1980s hit sitcom.

The star told the hosts that a script was submitted last week to Freevee, a streaming service owned by Amazon. 

Now, she said, ‘we are waiting to hear if we are green-lit to go to series.’
