The Block villains Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra have labelled The Block host Scott Cam ‘aggressive’ after they clashed on set.

The drama on Channel Nine’s hit renovation show has picked up in recent episodes, with the controversial couple set to walk off in protest this week.

In scenes yet to air, Scott will criticise Sharon and Ankur for choosing to spend a night at home away from the building site to escape the tensions of the contest.

Their decision to abscond angers the tradies, who promptly complain to Scott and co-host Shelley Craft.

Once Ankur and Sharon return to the Macedon Ranges construction site, Scott confronts the couple about their night off.

‘We were shocked,’ Sharon told Woman’s Day, adding that she was unaware the tradesman were unhappy.

‘Not only by the info, but Scotty’s aggressive demeanour in communicating it to us.’

Sharon said the couple had asked the Block producers for support, but ‘it was not given’.

‘Instead, we were chastised like children in humiliating fashion in front of about 30 tradies. It felt cruel, and we felt exploited and betrayed. So we had to consider doing what was right for out mental health,’ she continued.

Sharon and Ankur have emerged as the most controversial team this season after they were accused of cheating to win a wine-blending challenge.

The drama continues this week, with sources claiming the Melburnians are set to walk off the building site not once, but twice.

Their first walk-off is prompted by Sharon’s frustration with the gruelling filming schedule and constant scrutiny, reports New Idea.

Their short disappearance leads to a heated argument with Scott, who accuses Sharon and Ankur of being quitters.

This apparently results in the couple walking off yet again, leaving the producers and tradies scrambling to locate them
