Who Is Mark Evers Clearcreek Township Officer Shot? His Head Wound Condition Update And Family

Mark Evers, aged 65, has been identified as the body by coroner Dr. Russell Uptegrove. According to the coroner, Evers suffered at least one gunshot wound before passing away. Later on Wednesday, the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office will conduct his autopsy.

Relating to the police officer from Clearcreek Township who was shot while on duty last night, still hope is there. The officer is still in the ICU and is still breathing on his own, according to the Chief, but he does have a long road to recovery.

The officer was transported in a medical chopper to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, where at the time of the last check, his condition was described as critical but stable. The road where the incident happened was closed for several hours, then only made it open, according to Fox19 Now.
