Former Married At First Sight star Domenica Calarco has admitted she’s ‘unhappy’ with her life at the moment, despite being in one of the best positions she’s ever been in.
The 29-year-old made the candid confession this week on her and Ella Ding‘s new podcast, Sit With Us.
Domenica, who has been open about her mental health in the past, said she has everything in her life that she’s ever wished for, including some savings, a roof over her head and a good job, but is still unhappy.

The Italian beauty said that despite being content being single, she sometimes misses being in a relationship.
‘I want someone to talk to at the end of the day, to cuddle when I need it, to just listen to me when I want to vent or to have a nice meal with or to sit across from and talk s**t,’ Domenica said.
‘And I have you [Ella] and amazing other girlfriends, a family, but it’s not the same… I’m at this point in my life when I should be so happy, I have money in my bank account, a roof over my head, amazing family, friends and incredible opportunities,’ she explained.

‘But I thought to myself, why the f**k am I not happy right now? I have things I always wanted. It’s so weird we define ourselves over what happiness is… but I feel like every person on the planet feels like this at some points in their life.’

Domenica said her therapist concluded she had PTSD after she began experiencing feelings of panic whenever she sat down at a dinner table with other people.
