The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were all smiles during their first public outing since their eviction from Frogmore Cottage, it has emerged.
Harry and Meghan were spotted holding hands, smiling and laughing as they left an office building in Santa Barbara, California on Friday.
It is unknown what business the pair had been visiting in the complex which houses several firms including a karate studio, hair salon, pilates studio and the Self Enquiry Life Fellowship which promotes higher yoga and Himalayan meditation.
It is the first time the couple, who were accompanied by an unidentified man presumed to be a member of their security detail, have been spotted since the pair officially vacated the cottage at the request of King Charles III.
The cottage, which was refurbished by the couple and is a Crown Estate property, was their last remaining foothold in the UK.
The King kicked them out of Frogmore, which they gave a £2.4million makeover but only used for six months, just days after Harry criticised his family in his book Spare.

The Sussexes were asked to move any remaining possessions out of their Grade II-listed five-bedroom cottage close to Windsor Castle in January.
The King kicked them out of Frogmore, which they gave a £2.4million makeover but only used for six months, just days after Harry criticised his family in his book Spare.
The cottage, which was refurbished by the couple and is a Crown Estate property, was their last remaining foothold in the UK, and the couple now live in California.
Their departure comes as some of Britain’s top constitutional experts cast doubts on reports that Harry’s eviction will also confirm his demotion as a Counsellor of State.
Regardless, Harry would not actually act in the role because he no longer undertakes public duties as a working member of the Royal Family.

The eviction also comes as Spotify last month opted not embark on a second series of Meghan’s 13-episode podcast Archetypes, which was number one on the streaming service’s rankings when it debuted.
Spotify and the Sussexes’s audio production company Archewell Audio released a joint statement saying they have ‘mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together’.
But Bill Simmons, Head of Podcast Innovation and Monetization at Spotify, condemned the pair in an episode of his own podcast, saying: ‘The f***ing grifters. That’s the podcast we should have launched with them.
‘I’ve got to get drunk one night and tell the story of the Zoom I had with Harry to try and help him with a podcast idea. It’s one of my best stories.’
Following Spotify’s axing of Archetypes and its £18million partnership with the couple, Netflix has also said it is unlikely to renew its deal with the Sussexes after it expires in 2025.
