Strolling through a car park after grabbing a coffee, Rod threw his hands in the air as he posed for the camera.

The musician was not joined by his wife Penny Lancaster who was busy with her police work as she helped locals in Norcolt in front of the Queen’s coffin as Her Majesty was driven to Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.

The 51-year-old started working as a special constable with the City of London Police last year after completing training.

She applied for the role after taking part in reality TV programme Famous and Fighting Crime where she joined officers on the beat.
