What time is the U.S. presidential debate? How to watch Kamala Harris and Donald Trump face off

Vice-President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump will square off for the first time in the U.S. presidential election campaign.

The Democratic and Republican presidential nominees will take the stage tonight in Philadelphia beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. You can watch the live stream right here on CBCNews.ca.

ABC News anchors David Muir and Linsey Davis will moderate the 90-minute debate.

It’s the first debate for Harris but not for Trump.

He took part in the first presidential debate on June 27, hosted by CNN in Atlanta, against President Joe Biden.

Biden stepped off the Democratic ticket less than a month later, opening the door for Harris to become the nominee.
