Ava Max attended the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, which were held at the Prudential Center in New Jersey on Sunday evening.
The 28-year-old performer showed off a considerable amount of skin while rocking a form-revealing outfit during her time at the annual event.
The singer first made an appearance at the ceremony in 2019, when she was nominated for her first award.

Max wore a bright green sleeved top that covered up part of her upper chest and exposed her toned midsection while attending the VMA’s.
The singer wore a matching bottom that was held in place by a dark red chain and also showed off her chiseled legs.
The songwriter stood out while rocking a pair of sparkling platform-heeled shoes, and she accessorized with a single necklace.
Her gorgeous brunette hair fell onto her chest and contrasted perfectly with the bright tone of her clothing.

She ultimately lost to Billie Eilish, with other artists such as H.E.R and Lil Nas X having been in the same category.
Lizzo, who has been nominated for numerous other Video Music Awards, also served as that year’s runner-up.
The singer did, however, win the award for Best Push Act that at the MTV Europe Music Awards that year.

Max is currently prepping for the release of her second studio album, entitled Diamonds & Dancefloors.
The first single from the record, entitled Maybe You’re the Problem, was released in April.
The second single, Maybe You’re the Problem, is currently set to be released on September 1.
Diamonds & Dancefloors, which will consist of 14 tracks, will make its debut on October 14.

MTV expanded the number of nominees for its top award, video of the year, to seven for the very first time in its 39-year history.
Artist of the year, best collaboration, and best alternative have also been expanded to seven nominees.
Top prize of the night, video of the year, features quite the field including Doja Cat – Woman, Drake ft. Future & Young Thug – Way 2 Sexy, Ed Sheeran – Shivers, Harry Styles – As It Was, Lil Nas X, Jack Harlow – Industry Baby, Olivia Rodrigo – brutal, and Taylor Swift – All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version).
If Lil Nas X wins he will be the first artist to ever win back-to-back awards in the sought-after category.
