Realme has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of its new tablet, Pad 2 – the first tablet to feature a 120Hz 2K display. Realme Pad 2 comes with an 8360mAh battery.
Price and availability
The Realme Pad 2 comes in two variants, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB, priced at Rs 19,999 and Rs 22,999 respectively. The Pad 2 is available for purchase from Realme and Flipkart’s official websites in Inspiration Green and Imagination Grey colour options. Buyers will be able to avail of a bank offer of Rs 1500 off on the first sale of the tablet with up to nine months of no-cost EMI. Additionally, students will be able to avail a discount of Rs 500.
Realme Pad 2: Key specifications
The Realme Pad 2 comes with an 11.5-inch and 120Hz 2K display, 450 nits of peak brightness, and a resolution of 2000 × 1200. Realme has increased the tablet’s screen-to-body ratio from 82.5% in the previous generation to 85.2% in Pad 2, resulting in a larger display area in proportion to the overall size of the device.
The Realme Pad 2 features the Helio G99 Chipset and weighs 518 gm. It comes with Dolby Atmos quad speakers and two microphones with noise cancellation. The tablet sports an 8-megapixel AI camera in addition to a 5-megapixel rear camera. The Realme Pad 2 supports Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The tablet comes equipped with four sensors namely the Magnetic Induction Sensor, the Light Sensor, Gyro-metre, and an Acceleration Sensor.
The Pad 2 comes with an 8360mAh battery and offers 33Wh charging support. The tablet comes in two variants in terms of RAM and storage, the 6GB + 128GB variant, and the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Pad 2 RAM can be expanded up to 16GB. The tablet comes with Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13.
