Jaimi tragically died in September 2020 aged 33 after an 18-year battle wit addiction and anorexia.

‘We’ve been here five years now and it was Lisa’s dream to have a retreat space,’ Mark told the Sunshine Coast News.

‘We’ve kind of achieved the dream and since the tragedy in her family with the loss of Jaimi … I suppose priorities changed.’

Lisa added that she wanted to be more active and adventurous.

‘For a couple like us who have been working our whole lives, we’ve been talking about what we want to do for the rest of our life,’ she explained.

‘It includes travel, looking after ourselves and self care so that we can stay active and adventurous … being a fun Granny requires that.’

The couple listed the Queensland mountain retreat in the Sunshine Coast hinterland this month.

The former horse farm, near Maleny, 92km north of Brisbane, has no price guide, but is likely to be worth more than $3million based on house prices in the region.

The property – called ‘Mali’ – is also home to an ‘eco-friendly’ retreat, according to The Courier-Mail.

This function centre is described in the property listing as a ‘rustic barn’ suitable for weddings, corporate getaways and yoga retreats.

The venue, which includes a stage, lighting rigs, bar, kitchenette and gym, can also be used for small-scale  conferences.
