Queen Letizia of Spain looked characteristically classy as she chaired a conference of healthcare bosses in Madrid.
The Spanish Royal, 50, was ready for business as she stepped out in a grey ensemble this morning, armed with an iPad.
At the working meeting of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), the Queen discussed strategies to tackle the disease with some of Spain‘s leading cancer experts.
The Queen, who is the wife of King Felipe VI, 54, is the permanent honorary president of the association and its scientific foundation.

The typically stylish royal wore tailored light grey suit trousers, which she paired with a matching sleeveless grey overcoat, which she took off inside for the meeting.
Wrapping up warm for the chilly January weather, Letizia also donned a thick white polo neck jumper, which beautifully complemented her dark brunette tresses.
She paired the chic ensemble with black accessories – leather pointed heels and a simple satchel-style bag.

Her visit came ahead of World Cancer Day on February 6, which the Queen marked last year as she presided over the ‘XI edition of the Forum against Cancer’ in Madrid.

At the conference, she reportedly asked about the potential for integrative medicine in treating cancer patients during a question and answer session.
The Queen is also a keen advocate for tackling issues around mental health and helping young people.
