Rafael Nadal’s love-hate relationship with Australian Open

Rafael Nadal serves in his quarter-final against David Ferrer at the 2011 Australian Open. Nadal suffered a hamstring injury early in the match, which he entered boasting an 11-3 record against his fellow Spaniard, and lost to Ferrer in straight sets. It cost him the chance to win four consecutive grand slam titles, having won the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open in 2010.
